Mexico
Ancient civilisations, Caribbean beaches and legendary cuisine
Mexico is a country-continent bursting with colour, flavour and history: Aztec and Maya pyramids, lively markets, turquoise Caribbean beaches, deserts and colonial towns. For a Cameroonian traveller, it is a full immersion in a warm, festive culture with one of the world's best cuisines. Good news for your wallet: once there, Mexico stays affordable. On formalities, the visa is obtained without too much trouble, and a major plus: if you hold a valid visa for the United States, Canada, the Schengen Area, the UK or Japan, you can enter WITHOUT a Mexican visa.
