Liechtenstein
Alpine micro-principality between Switzerland and Austria
Nestled in the Alps between Switzerland and Austria, Liechtenstein is one of the world's smallest states: a prosperous principality of castles, vineyards and mountain trails. For a Cameroonian, you reach it via Switzerland (Zurich airport), with a Schengen visa issued by Switzerland. It is a peaceful, refined interlude, perfect to combine with a stay in Switzerland or Austria.

How to apply
Liechtenstein has no airport and no visa service of its own: its policy mirrors Switzerland's, which issues the visas. Cameroonians apply for a Schengen visa at the Swiss embassy / TLScontact centre in Yaoundé, entry point Zurich.

- Completed Schengen application form
- Biometric ID photos

Good to know
- •A Schengen visa issued by Switzerland is valid for Liechtenstein
- •Access is by road or rail from Zurich; the country has no airport
