Greece
Cradle of civilization, the Cyclades islands and the Aegean Sea
Greece is where ancient history meets Mediterranean dolce vita. The cradle of democracy and philosophy lines up legendary archaeological sites — the Acropolis, Delphi, Olympia — before slipping into the postcard: the white blue-domed houses of Santorini, sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Cyclades. Athens, the sprawling, warm capital, blends ancient ruins with hip neighborhoods. For a Cameroonian, it is a Schengen destination with radiant weather, generous cuisine and a warm welcome. Ideal for combining culture, sun and islands, especially in spring and early autumn.

How to apply

- Schengen travel insurance (min. €30,000, mandatory)
