How to apply
Apply online on the official Angolan e-visa portal: select nationality/residence, tourist type, fill the form, upload documents and pay; approval by email.

What to do there
Luanda and Ilha de Luanda
The lively Atlantic capital: the bay-front Marginal promenade, colonial fortresses and the Ilha peninsula lined with beaches, bars and seafood restaurants.
Kalandula Falls
One of Africa's largest waterfalls (~105 m high, ~400 m wide) on the Lucala River, set in lush tropical greenery in northern Angola.
The Namibe desert and dunes
Dramatic red dunes and rock formations on the southern coast where desert meets ocean; gateway to the Arco lagoon and Iona National Park.
Miradouro da Lua
An otherworldly eroded canyon landscape just south of Luanda, where millions of years of wind and rain carved a 'lunar' panorama — a classic day trip.
Mussulo Island
A sandy peninsula near Luanda dotted with beach restaurants and calm lagoon waters, perfect for a day of swimming, seafood and boat trips.
The Benguela and Lobito coast
Charming colonial coastal cities with palm-lined boulevards, beautiful beaches and one of Africa's great rail terminals (the Benguela Railway).
